Adam Wik lives in Cincinnati, Ohio with his wife Caroline and dog Lucy. He fell in love with reading at a young age and has been a voracious bibliophile ever since. After reading all the kids books he was given, his mom gave in and let him read all her Stephen King and Michael Crichton books, leading to a lifetime love of horror and science fiction as well as a somewhat awkward first grade book report on Eaters of the Dead.
Outside of writing, Adam enjoys learning languages, dog training, and just about anything done outdoors. He’s also a certified instructor in Jeet Kune Do, Muay Thai kickboxing, Wing Chun, and Silat.
Adam has Bachelor’s degrees in both Linguistics and Asian Studies from the University of Cincinnati, and has been fanatically obsessed with dinosaurs and paleontology since birth – or at least since he read Jurassic Park for the first time.
Currently, Adam offers services in developmental editing and copy editing for fiction writers, audio engineering for podcasts and audiobooks, narration and voice over for audiobooks and other media, and one-on-one dialect coaching for performers.
You can connect with Adam on Twitter or Facebook, or send him an e-mail at [email protected].
