Fajita Sauce

  • 1 Tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • or
  • 1 Tbsp Taco Seasoning

Mix the ketchup and soy sauce, then add in either the cumin and cayenne or the taco seasoning and mix it in.

Pour it over cooked seitan and fajita veggies while they’re still in the skillet. If you want a thicker sauce mix a teaspoon of corn starch into a tablespoon or so of cold water until it dissolves then stir that solution into the sauce while it heats up.
